This website is operated by EZSI. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EZSI.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using our website or placing an order.

1. Products

We aim to display our products, colours, designs and product information as accurately as possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and the printing process used.

Product availability may change without notice.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, contact information and order details are correct.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or payment issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Once an order has entered production, it may not always be possible to change or cancel it.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our store are shown in the currency selected on the website.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout where required.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or on our website. These are estimates and delivery may occasionally take longer due to carriers, customs, production delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Customers located in Norway, the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions may have statutory consumer rights that apply independently of these Terms.

6. Product Quality & Printing

Some EZSI products are produced individually after an order is placed.

Because of the nature of garment printing, minor variations in print placement, colour or appearance may occur between individual products.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly produced product, please contact us at ezsiwear@gmail.com with your order information and photographs of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the EZSI name, branding, original designs, graphics, photographs and other original content appearing on our website belong to EZSI or are used under appropriate permission or licence.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially use our protected content without permission.

Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Website Use

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use the website in a way that violates the rights of EZSI or third parties.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the store, our customers or our rights.

Your use of certain services may therefore also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Purchases made through this store are purchases from EZSI, not Shopify.

Information required to process an order may be shared with service providers where necessary to provide payment, production, fulfilment, shipping or other services connected with your order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EZSI is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
